Lightening design and engineer
Born in Svidnik (Slovakia), lives and works as an independent lightening designer and engineer in Dresden. He conceptualises and realises light design for projects with live music, dance and performance as well as for exhibitions and events.
For three years, he has been the technical director of the cultural centrum ‘Tabacka Kulturfabrik’.
In Germany, Martin Mulik regularly works with artists and companies like situation productions, KOMA/ Magdalena Weniger, theatrale subversion and Sigune von Osten.He has been part of multiple international projects and festivals with shows in Yangon/ Myanmar (Goethe Institute), KIOSK Zilina/ Slowakei, Divadelna Nitra- Nitra/ Slowakei, KINANI Dance Platform- Maputo/ Mozambique as well as at the Dance Congress 2019. As a lightening engineer he works at cultural places like HELLERAU – EZK and Beatpol Dresden.
